Role overview:
- Collaborate in aligning the R&D process, enabling our Concept and Verification teams to thrive on the insights of the Discovery team.
- Craft and maintain frameworks and systems to capture and harness invaluable insights.
- Assemble and nurture a team of outsourced researchers committed to delivering regular market insights.
- Deliver fresh hypotheses every week while substantiating existing ones.
- Dive deep into customer personas and contribute to crafting solutions for diverse prospect segments.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis, scrutinizing product usage and engaging with their representatives.
- Analyze existing data backlog, customer surveys, and event results.
Your must-haves:
- Fluent in English.
- Indian nationality.
- Proven experience managing teams of 5+ specialists.
- Ability to thrive in solving uncertainty and tackle non-standard product/research challenges regularly (2-3 per week).
- Exceptional time-management skills with a focus on Time-To-Value metrics.
- Expertise in providing various types of feedback: concise, actionable, detailed, developmental, persuasive, brainstorming, and more.
- Excellence in structuring processes and creating efficient workflows.
