Hosted by ICEF, the world's leading international education B2B networking and services provider, this webinar brought together four industry experts with a combined experience of over 70 years in international education. The event delved into the key ingredients that contribute to a successful educational journey for students.

Leading the discussion was Martijn van de Veen, CBDO at ICEF, while the panel featured our own Global Business Development Advisor, Courtney Gillan, alongside esteemed partners Lori Lavallee, Director & Principal at KAI Global School, and David Charron, Co-Founder and Impact Officer at Powerful Youth.

At ICEF Latin America, the largest education networking event in the region, Nataliia Shutova, Head of Partner Relations at Educate Online, engaged in two days of one-to-one meetings with agents from across Latin America. These meetings were tailored to the specific student recruitment and business goals of each agent. The timing of this event couldn't have been better, as Latin American agencies are experiencing a surge in interest in international study opportunities. Educate Online offers students the chance to enhance their academic profiles by studying US subjects or earning a Canadian high school diploma (OSSD), thereby facilitating their admission to overseas universities.

Description: In Berlin, Courtney Gillan, our Global Business Development Advisor, was among more than 2,600 colleagues and partners representing 150+ countries at the largest international education networking event of the year. Educate Online and Courtney were honored to be invited as panelists in a session led by ICEF Chief Business Development Officer, Martijn van de Veen, titled 'The Formula to Success: Enhancing the International Education Journey.' On November 6 & 7, Courtney engaged in productive meetings with over 30 student recruitment agents. Additionally, she had numerous spontaneous interactions with potential and current partners, including Samiad Summer School, Tudor School, and Absolute Internship.

In collaboration with leading educational providers and our valued partners, iSchoolConnect and Unibase, we organized the "Overseas University Fair: From Discovery to Admission" in Jaipur. This event aimed to offer Indian students the opportunity for high-quality overseas university education. We provided essential insights, guides, and tailored pathways for university admissions, ensuring that each student could pursue their unique educational path. The event was a resounding success, opening doors to a world of educational possibilities.

Success in South Korea! Earlier this month, Courtney Gillan, Global Business Development Advisor at Educate Online, participated in the StudyTravel ALPHE conference held in Seoul, South Korea. Over the course of two days, Courtney engaged with recruitment agents from South Korea, Japan, China, Thailand, and Uzbekistan. The focus was on understanding the current online learning landscape in these countries and exploring how Educate Online can empower both agents and students to achieve their goals.

We had the privilege of participating in the 2nd Annual Forum on Global Trends in E-Learning (GTEL): Transforming Lives and Societies for a Better Future, a significant event held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and accessible virtually worldwide. Our esteemed CEO and Founder, Alexander, was among the notable speakers invited to address the forum.

The event centered on thought-provoking discussions, with panelists exploring key questions in modern education: "Why do students go to universities?" and "How can we evolve from a knowledge-transfer approach to a skill-based, practical learning model?" These dialogues were instrumental in shedding light on the dynamic needs of contemporary education and the future of e-learning.

Our CEO, Alex, along with our Head of India, Amit Saneja, attended the inaugural ICEF South Asia event in Mumbai, India. Over these three days, they had a packed agenda, engaging in over 50 meetings with student recruitment professionals. These interactions focused on exploring new avenues for collaboration and partnership in the dynamic field of student recruitment.

During February 13-15, Alex, alongside Anastasia, our Agent Sales Manager, attended ICEF Dubai in the UAE. Highlighting the event, on February 13, Alex participated as a panelist with distinguished experts Suad Alhalwachi, Amitabh Upadhya, and moderator Martijn van de Veen. The panel delved into 'Regional study hubs: International education within the MENA region'. In the next two days, Alex and Anastasia engaged in valuable meetings with potential partners across the MENA region. We are thrilled about the prospects of announcing new partnerships soon!

At the CEI Canadian Education Fair held at the Lotte Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam, Courtney Gillan from our Global Business Development team represented us. The fair was a bustling hub with over 50 institutions, including universities, colleges, and K-12 schools. Courtney met with families and agents, discussing opportunities for both online and offline studies at KAI Global School in Kanata, Ontario.

Following the event in Hanoi, our team traveled to Ho Chi Minh City. At the GEM Conference Center, amidst a crowd of enthusiastic students and families, we joined over 100 Canadian educational institutions. In a span of four hours, we engaged with 15 families interested in learning about campus life and online education opportunities at Kanata Academy for children aged 4-17.

Nataliia Shutova, our Head of Agents Relations, represented us at StudyTravel ALPHE Brazil in Sao Paulo, engaging with over 30 agents from Brazil and Latin America. The discussions primarily revolved around B2B opportunities, with a strong interest in programs like ESOL, international high school subjects, and dual diplomas – identified as ideal for the market.

This week, Nataliia teamed up with Edersen Mendes from Head to Canada Intercambio in Santos. They've been meeting with local school administrators and presenting to teens eager for international education opportunities. A public Q&A session in Santos provided an excellent platform for families to learn about our innovative online courses.
