Role overview:
- Lead and mentor a team of 1-4 talented copywriters.
- Pioneer efficient internal processes for speedy and effective text preparation.
- Take ownership of key copywriting metrics.
- Elevate the quality of our team's content.
- Participate in team-driven initiatives and projects.
- Craft diverse texts for advertising campaigns, blogs, and PR efforts.
- Join us at our office in Gurgaon at least once a week.
Your must-haves:
- Excel at crafting persuasive content for advertising, funnels, social media, PR, and blogs with a focus on results.
- Proven track record in mentoring and developing structural processes from the ground up.
- Ability to leverage content metrics to refine and enhance your work.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A combination of creativity, efficiency, discipline, perfectionism, and diligence.
- Ability to provide a language proficiency certificate.
