Role overview:
- Shape and drive the long-term product strategy, vision, and roadmap, aligning it with our company's overarching goals.
- Take charge of Go-to-Market planning for the division and support the product management team in executing robust GTM strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, empowering data-driven decision-making for product development and positioning.
- Identify customer needs, product requirements, and attributes that enhance the learning experience and outcomes for elementary, middle, and high school teachers and students.
- Collaborate with product design to craft user stories, balancing design needs with technical feasibility, understanding dependencies, and coordinating timelines for implementing and launching new features and enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and advancements in digital-first product development across various domains, including assessment, EdTech products, and AI utilization. Actively engage in conferences, forums, and professional networks.
Your must-haves:
- Fluent in English.
- Indian nationality.
- Hold a BA/MBA degree from a Western university.
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager/product owner.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, complementing managerial skills.
- A broad background in go-to-market strategy and execution.
